UniverCell Support

UniverCell offers enhanced technical support, through our remote support software (see oppisite). If you can connect to the internet, our support staff will connect to your computer to resolve your problem for you. 


How It Works: A small application will be downloaded to your computer to start the support session.

During the session, the Technician can fully control your computer.


Please click here to download the software. After it has been installed, double click on the icon. (You may  be presented with 2 security warning messages, they will look like this and this. First click “Run” and then “Yes”). If the software has loaded successfully, you will see the image oppisite with numbers in the boxes “Your ID” and “Password”.
